Service
Namescope is a software service that compiles the status of a name across public sources. The service is provided "as is"; no availability guarantee is given.
Acceptable use
Using the service to automate bulk handle or domain squatting, to load upstream sources, or to infringe third-party rights is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
Accounts and plans
The free plan is subject to a monthly quota. Paid plans are sold on a subscription basis and charged in advance at the start of each period. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refund conditions are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of liability
Our liability, if any, is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; consumer rights remain unaffected.
